Do I have to pay for a consultation?
No, not when you book a treatment. Your consultation is included at the start of your treatment appointment. If you’re not sure which treatment you need, you can book the Skin Consultation, Scan & Plan for £35, which includes a Visagé Pro+ skin scan and a written plan.
Do I need a separate appointment for my consultation?
For most treatments, no. Just book the treatment you’re interested in and your consultation happens at the start of that appointment.

What’s the difference between a consultation and the £35 Skin Consultation, Scan & Plan?
A consultation comes with every treatment, and checks that the treatment you’ve booked is right and safe for you.
The Skin Consultation, Scan & Plan is a 30-minute appointment on its own, for when you’d like a full picture of your skin before choosing a treatment. It includes a Visagé Pro+ scan and a written treatment and skincare plan.
Can I add a skin scan to my treatment?
Yes. You can add a Visagé Pro+ skin scan to any treatment for £15. It shows what’s happening beneath the surface of your skin, such as hydration, pigmentation, redness and sun damage.
What if Anna thinks a treatment isn’t right for me?
She’ll tell you, explain why, and suggest what might suit you better. Your safety and your results come first.
Do I have to go ahead with treatment?
No. You can take time to think it over. There’s no pressure to decide on the day.
How should I prepare?
Think about what you’d like to change and bring any questions. It helps to have a list of any medication you take and any treatments you’ve had before.
