Your satisfaction is paramount to us at The Cosmetic Club. We understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations. Below is our policy for returns:
1. Return Eligibility If you find yourself not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it. Please initiate your return by contacting us at hello@thecosmeticclub.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Returned Items To qualify for a full refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that the refund will cover the cost of the product only and will not include any shipping costs incurred on the original order.
3. Non-Returnable Items Please be aware that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
4. Evaluation of Returns All returned items will be subject to an evaluation. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods are not in a saleable condition or have been damaged.
5. Defective Products In the rare event that you receive a defective product, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. A prepaid return label will be provided for the return of the defective item. We may require photographic evidence of the defect before dispatching any replacement.
