If any services or products require payment, you agree to provide a valid payment method. Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment Restrictions for Promotional Offers: Treatments or products purchased under specific promotional offers (including, but not limited to, our Black Friday Sale) cannot be paid for using gift vouchers purchased during the same promotional period. This restriction is also detailed in the specific promotional terms.
  • Voucher Restrictions: Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for treatments that are already discounted as part of a separate promotional offer.

11. Refer A Friend Program Terms & Conditions
These terms govern participation in our Refer A Friend program:
  • Existing clients of The Cosmetic Club must redeem the discount within 6 months.
  • There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer; however, each discount can only be used for one transaction.
  • The discount can be used for all practitioner treatments and anti-ageing injectables.
  • The discount can only be applied to one transaction at a time.
  • The discount cannot be redeemed against retail products bought in shop or online.
  • The discount must be used in full, and no cash or credit alternative will be offered.
  • This promotion is open exclusively to UK residents aged 18 and over.
  • Treatments are subject to consultation and client suitability. We have the right to refuse treatments based on our expert medical advice.
  • The new client must acknowledge the referrer and provide their name at the time of booking or attending the consultation.
